Coyote Hill

Between Fremont and Palo Alto, just before the Dumbarton Bridge, lays Coyote Hills regional Park, a favourite spot for radio-controlled plane lovers. Impossible not to find one on the top of Glider Hill...

Protected against the biting breeze (the delight of the model plane flyers), a small marsh hides behind the hills.

The cattails have been dried out by the winter. You can hear them rustle under the weight of tiny, hopping, brown birds.

All that microcosm must not be feeling too warm.
